COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The cost for the course is $349 with $99.87 Books/material and support fee. 
9 Week Course that meets twice a week on TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY evenings  6:00pm-9:30pm.

We are the oldest and largest provider of real estate education in the state of Alabama.
If passing the state multiple choice licensing exam is what you intend to do, then the 
course you take becomes important. Feel free to call any Broker in the state and ask
them how they feel about us and our reputation. 

We have class locations all over the state of Alabama (see locations below).  
Our Main Location is in Vestavia

All other locations are taught by Mark Yarbrough via LIVE webinar. 

A student may register for an upcoming cycle here from this website by simply 
click "add to cart." It will prompt you for your payment information and then 
your name... email... etc and ask your start date and location during registration process. 

Most cycles are full weeks in advance so register the moment you decide this is
what you want to do or you risk having to wait for the next cycle.

REFUND POLICY:
Once you register/pay for the class online, you will have 48 hours before class begins and 48 hours
after first class to request a refund,
The support/book and material fee of $99.97 will not be included in your refund. 

 
IMPORTANT INFO:
When you take your final exam on the last night of class, 
you will be required to have a student ID#. Once you are 
registered for the class, go to the student ID link and get
your number:
 You may click StudentID to register for your required ID#.
We can not grade your final exam or submit your completion
to AREC without this #
