1. Once you have completed the lessons on the computer,you must submit a signed "Student Affidavit" to Avery Yarbrough
& Associates attesting to the fact that you personally completed the entire course. Under state law, this Affidavit must be
received by Avery Yarbrough & Associates before a Course Completion can be electronically submitted to the state.

2. You must schedule a proctored exam with Avery Yarbrough & Associates. Once the course is completed and you have
passed your proctored exam you will then send your Application for Salesperson's Original License to the Real Estate Commission.
